Setting booking limits
Go to Settings → Reservations for the following options:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Enable bookings | Turns the booking system fully on or off for your members. |
| Maximum days ahead to book | How many days ahead a member may make a booking (default 7). |
| Maximum number of future bookings | How many bookings a member may have open in the future at once (default 3). |
| Max bookings per week | How many bookings a member may make per week (week starts on Monday). 0 = no limit (default). |
| Max bookings per day | How many bookings a member may make per day. 0 = no limit (default). |
| Allow second consecutive time slot | Lets members book a second, consecutive time slot in addition. |
| Allow booking for another member | Lets regular members make a booking in another member’s name. Administrators can always do this, regardless of this setting. |
| Cancel up to (hours in advance) | How many hours before the start time a member may still cancel their own booking. 0 = no restriction (default). |
| Track attendance (show no-shows) | Shows no-shows (past bookings without a check-in via kiosk, QR code or daily overview) on the admin dashboard and in the member file. On by default. Turn it off if your club doesn’t track attendance, otherwise every past booking counts as a no-show. |
If you change a limit, it applies immediately to new bookings. Existing bookings that exceed the new limit remain unaffected.
