Licensed firearms dealers
Firearms register software for licensed dealers, no more paperwork
AmmoSuite Register is designed for licensed Belgian firearms dealers who want to keep registers A, C and D correct and fast, prepared for an inspection by the firearms service.
Sound familiar?
Many licensed dealers run into the same three things.
Paper registers are error-prone
Filling things in by hand leads to mistakes, crossed-out entries and illegible lines. And during an inspection, you spend a long time looking for the right page.
Excel offers no audit trail
Who changed what? When? Why? In Excel that's impossible to prove, and that's exactly what an inspector wants to know.
Inspections are stressful
Without good software, you lose valuable time searching, sorting and printing reports during an inspection.
How AmmoSuite solves it
Two things that genuinely change the day-to-day work of a licensed dealer.
All your registers in one system
Register A (firearms, with an optional separate safekeeping register), C (ammunition) and D (essential parts), all in one platform, each kept clearly organised.
Access for the inspector, quickly arranged
If you wish, create a temporary auditor access code for your whole environment. The inspector logs in via /auditor and can only read; nothing can be changed. Every login is recorded in the audit trail.
A day in AmmoSuite
What a typical working day looks like for a licensed dealer using AmmoSuite.
A customer brings in a firearm. You type in the serial number and AmmoSuite warns you if it’s already in your register. You enter it in register A: calibre, brand, origin, customer.
New ammunition stock arrives. You book it in by type (calibre, brand, box size) in the ammunition register. Your gunpowder total is recalculated straight away.
A customer buys a firearm. Deregister it from register A with the type of issue and customer details. AmmoSuite logs the change immutably in the audit trail.
You show your registers on screen or as a PDF, or, if you wish, create a temporary access code. The inspector logs in and can view all your registers, but can’t change anything.
