Questions about pricing

Is the price excluding VAT?

Yes, all prices exclude VAT. The applicable VAT rate is added on the invoice. If your club has no VAT number (like many non-profits), you pay the amount incl. 21% VAT: €36.29/month for Register and €71.39/month for Club. That amount is also shown on each pricing card.

Can I cancel monthly?

That depends on your billing period. If you pay monthly, you can cancel every month. If you choose an annual contract, it runs for the full term and you cancel before it ends — as with most subscriptions.

Can I try AmmoSuite first?

Yes, in two ways. You can explore our test environment with sample data yourself, at your own pace, for both Register and Club. Or we walk you through the software in a call, tailored to your situation. The test environment is shared with other prospects and reset regularly, so please don’t enter real data.

How many users are included?

AmmoSuite Register includes up to 3 users. Extra users can be added on request. AmmoSuite Club has no fixed limit on administrators.

Can I combine Register and Club?

Yes. Register and Club are two separate applications, each with its own web address. You can take both; you then get separate access to each.

What are the add-ons?

Extra users/administrators (on request), migration support from Excel or paper, and custom integrations for larger organisations.
