What is the difference between AmmoSuite Register and AmmoSuite Club?
AmmoSuite Register is your electronic firearms register as a licensed firearms dealer or shooting range (registers A, C and D, with an optional safekeeping register). AmmoSuite Club is the membership management platform for your shooting club: members, bookings, sessions and rankings. The two products are complementary, but you use them fully independently.
Which statutory registers does AmmoSuite Register cover?
AmmoSuite Register covers the statutory registers: the Firearms register (A), the Ammunition register (C) and the Essential Parts register (D). Firearms in safekeeping can optionally be tracked separately in the safekeeping register, part of register A. So every register Belgian firearms law asks of you is in one place.
How does the AmmoSuite Club check-in kiosk work?
You set up a tablet or monitor as a kiosk via the dedicated kiosk mode. Members scan their personal QR code on arrival and are automatically checked in against their booking, without a login or app.
Can I import my existing Excel files into AmmoSuite Register?
Yes, for all registers, through the register import (beta, on request). You download an Excel template for each register, fill it in or use a csv with the same columns, and check every row before importing. For that initial import, the register must still be empty. After that you work straight in the table, and you add to the firearms or ammunition register with a file, for example for a complete shipment.
