Member management
A fully digital member register with everything a club needs to register, track and manage members.

Booking system
Members book lanes online via time slots. You configure the lanes, calibres, opening hours and rules, everything else runs automatically.

Sessions
Organise scheduled activities members sign up for. Suited to training, LVR, Bowling in Shooting, practical tests and other club activities.

Rankings
Competition tracking per discipline, from rounds and scores to a season ranking, team standings and a live TV screen in the clubhouse.
- Disciplines with five score types: points, time, time with penalty seconds, hit factor and hit/miss
- Multiple attempts per round, best N count, with automatic tiebreakers (e.g. X-count)
- Season ranking: sum, best N rounds (with dropped results) or average
- Teams with their own team score per round and team season
- Live results: members follow ongoing rounds without reloading the page
- Public TV screen with rotating slides and a podium for completed rankings
- Privacy per screen: full name, first name + initial or initials only
- Members see their own scores and ranking in the portal
Events
Organise open days, introductory sessions or competitions with time slots and online registration, for members and the general public alike.
- Create an event with title, description, location and image

- Configurable audience: members only, everyone, or members first then the public
