Which product do you need?
What is the difference between AmmoSuite Register and AmmoSuite Club?
AmmoSuite Register is an electronic firearms register for licensed firearms dealers and shooting ranges: it manages the statutory registers A, C and D, with an optional safekeeping register. AmmoSuite Club is a membership management platform for shooting clubs: members, bookings, sessions, rankings and a check-in kiosk. The two products are complementary but can be used fully independently, and you can also combine them.

Which statutory registers does AmmoSuite Register cover?
The statutory registers Firearms register (A), Ammunition register (C) and Essential Parts register (D). Firearms in safekeeping can optionally be tracked separately in the safekeeping register, part of register A. Since 20 October 2025, licensed firearms dealers must keep their registers electronically in a secure application (art. 23 Royal Decree of 20 September 1991); AmmoSuite Register is built for that.
Can I also use AmmoSuite Register as a shooting range (not as a dealer)?
Yes. The ammunition register and the gunpowder limit monitoring are especially useful for a range. For member management and bookings you additionally use AmmoSuite Club.
Is there a mobile app?
AmmoSuite Register is a web application that works on any device via the browser, including smartphones and tablets. No separate app is needed.
Can I manage multiple locations or branches?
Every customer has their own environment (subdomain + database). For multiple locations or legal entities, it’s best to get in touch to discuss the options.

About AmmoSuite Club
Which organisations is AmmoSuite Club intended for?
Shooting clubs, sport shooting associations and shooting ranges that want to manage their members, lane bookings and competitions digitally. It does not replace AmmoSuite Register if you also need to keep statutory registers.
How many members can I register in AmmoSuite Club?
There is no hard limit on the number of members. AmmoSuite Club is built for clubs of any size.
As an administrator, can I set how many days in advance members may book?
Yes. Among other things, you set the maximum number of days in advance, the maximum number of open bookings per member, and the slot duration per lane group yourself.
How does the AmmoSuite Club check-in kiosk work?
You set up a tablet or monitor as a kiosk. Members scan their personal QR code on arrival and are automatically checked in against their booking, without a login. The check-in is immediately visible on the admin dashboard.
Where can I find explanations of how everything works in AmmoSuite Club?
Our documentation is available for members and administrators (currently in Dutch), covering everything step by step, from booking to setting up lanes and opening hours.

Security & privacy
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes, for both products. Every customer has a fully separate database. Your data is kept apart from other customers’ data. More on the security page.
Does AmmoSuite support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Yes, in both Register and Club. Every account can enable 2FA with QR-code authentication via an authenticator app and recovery codes. AmmoSuite Register additionally offers an optional temporary access code that lets the inspector view everything, without creating an account for that.
Where is my data stored?
The application and databases are hosted in the European Union, for both products. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available for both Register and Club.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, your database is backed up automatically every day.

How much do AmmoSuite Register and Club cost?
AmmoSuite Register costs €29.99/month excl. VAT (€36.29 incl. VAT), AmmoSuite Club €59/month excl. VAT (€71.39 incl. VAT). Both are all-in, no separate modules. Full overview on the pricing page.
Can I cancel monthly?
That depends on your billing period. If you pay monthly, you can cancel every month. If you choose an annual contract, it runs for the full term and you cancel before it ends — as with most subscriptions.
Can I try AmmoSuite first?
Yes, in two ways. You can explore our test environment with sample data yourself, at your own pace, for both Register and Club. Or we walk you through the software in a call, tailored to your situation. The test environment is shared with other prospects and reset regularly, so please don’t enter real data.

Audit & inspection
How do I give an inspector access?
If you wish, you create a temporary access code and choose how long it stays valid. The inspector logs in via /auditor, can view everything but change nothing, and needs no account of their own. More on the audit & inspection page.
Is the audit trail really immutable?
Yes. Every change and deletion is logged with timestamp, user, reason, IP address and the data before and after. Nobody can alter or delete a logged entry afterwards through AmmoSuite.
Getting started
Your first steps
How do I switch from Excel?
Yes, for all registers, through the register import (beta, on request). You download an Excel template for each register, fill it in or use a csv with the same columns, and check every row before importing. For that initial import, the register must still be empty. After that you work straight in the table, and you add to the firearms or ammunition register with a file, for example for a complete shipment. We’re happy to help you make the switch.
Do I need to install anything?
No. AmmoSuite runs in your browser. Once we’ve set up your environment, you log in at your own web address.
How do I get access to the test environment?
Fill in the contact form and choose whether you’d like to look around yourself or prefer a demo with explanation. We’ll send you access to the test environment or set up a time to talk.
