Features
Everything you need for a correct, traceable firearms register
From daily data entry to your reports and a smooth inspection: AmmoSuite Register covers what a licensed firearms dealer or shooting range in Belgium needs.
Your statutory registers
Every register Belgian firearms law asks for, in one platform.
Firearms register
Register incoming and outgoing firearms with serial number, calibre, brand and type of issue.
Ammunition register
Book ammunition in and out by type, and always see how many kilos of powder you have in storage.
Essential parts
Register for essential firearm parts with supplier, customer and licence numbers.
Safekeeping register
Optional part of register A: track firearms held temporarily in safekeeping for transit, repair or storage on behalf of others.
Fast, reliable data entry
AmmoSuite is built for daily use: entry is quick, with fewer chances for mistakes, and every change stays traceable.
Straight in the table
Type straight into the table, no separate edit page. AmmoSuite marks the fields you changed and saves everything in one click.
Switch over and add to your register with an Excel template (beta, on request)
Load your existing register in one go: download the Excel template for each register and fill it in, or use a csv with the same columns. Already has bookings? Then you add to the firearms or ammunition register, e.g. with a complete shipment, or deregister several firearms at once. Import is a beta feature we switch on on request.
Every row checked before import
You see every row for review before anything is saved, with errors and warnings per row and a check report in Excel. A single row with an error stops the whole import, and the import is recorded as one entry in the audit trail.
Suggestions as you type
AmmoSuite suggests brands and calibres you entered before. Less typing, fewer typos.
Warning for duplicate serial numbers
When registering a firearm, AmmoSuite automatically checks whether the serial number is already in the register, preventing duplicate entries.
Serial number search bar
Search a serial number via the search bar at the top of the screen, across the firearms, safekeeping and parts registers at once. Results appear instantly.
Reporting and exports
Every report you need for internal audits or external inspections.
PDF reports per register
Stock, Intakes, Issues and Movement statement for each register, plus an overview by brand and calibre for the firearms register. Downloadable as PDF.
CSV export per register
Besides PDF, you can also export each register as CSV (Excel-compatible), handy for your own analysis or as a supplement to an audit.
Overview by brand and calibre
How many firearms or cartridges you hold, per brand and per calibre. Useful for keeping track of stock and planning purchases.
Your gunpowder limit at a glance
You always see how much powder you store against your statutory limit.
Always the current weight
AmmoSuite calculates the total weight of gunpowder based on your ammunition stock and the configured powder weight per cartridge (in grams). Automatically recalculated with every booking.
Colour coding as you approach the limit
A progress bar turns green, orange and red as you approach the limit. You set your own limit per account, matching your specific licence.
Beta features
We open new features as a beta first. They already work, and we refine them together with the customers who use them.
Suppliers and address per booking
Keep track of your suppliers with name, address and approval number. Every booking also shows the address of the supplier or the customer, as the firearms act requires. Choose a name from the suggestions and AmmoSuite fills in the address; a booking without an address gives a warning. Learn more →
Attachments to bookings
Attach a Model 9, a purchase invoice or a transfer document to an entry in the register (PDF, JPG or PNG). That way you find the supporting document with the booking itself. The files are stored encrypted and every action is logged. Learn more →
Explosives register
Alongside your firearms registers, also keep track of receipts and sales of loose powder and primers, day by day. With running stock, a warning at your maximum storage and for large sales to a single buyer, and a printable register as PDF. Learn more →
How does a beta work?
- On request. Ask us to release a beta for your environment. An administrator then turns it on via Settings → Beta features. In the app, the feature carries the label Beta.
- Your data is kept. If you turn a beta off again, only the feature disappears from the menu. What you entered with it stays.
- Your feedback counts. Next to the Beta label there is a link to send us feedback. That way users help shape how the feature grows.
The register import is a beta too. Wondering whether a beta is right for you? Get in touch.
