Managing club firearms

Club firearms are firearms your club itself makes available, which members can choose when making a booking. This is different from “My licences & permits” — those are a member’s own Model 4s.

Go to Shooting range & lanes → Club firearms.

  1. Click Add.
  2. Enter the Name and Calibre of the firearm. You can optionally also enter Average shots per booking — this is used for the estimated shot counter on the firearm’s detail page.
  3. Click Save.

Use the search bar and pagination to find a specific firearm. Edit or delete a firearm via the actions in the list.

When booking, a member only sees the club firearms whose calibre is allowed on the chosen lane — so make sure the calibres per lane group are configured correctly.

Want to lend out a firearm outside a booking, for example during a training? Print a QR label and record the loan with your phone, see Lending club firearms via QR scan. A firearm on loan gets the On loan badge in the list.
