Setting up a TV screen

A TV screen shows the rankings on a screen in your clubhouse, without anyone having to log in. The screen rotates through slides automatically and refreshes itself as soon as there are new scores.

Go to Activities & programme → TV screens.

Creating a screen

1. Click New screen.
2. Give it a Name, for example Clubhouse.
3. Set the Slide time (seconds): how long each slide stays on screen (5 to 120 seconds).
4. Under Show names as, choose how shooters appear on screen: Full name, First name + initial or Initials only. The screen is visible to everyone in the room, so choose what suits your club.
5. Check Show team standings and Show results of the latest round if you want those slides.
6. Leave Show all visible standings checked, or uncheck it and choose which rankings the screen shows.
7. Click Save.

Hidden or archived rankings never appear on the screen.

Putting the screen on the TV

In the list, click Copy link next to the screen and open that link in the browser of the TV, a mini PC or a stick connected to the TV. Switch the browser to full screen. Use Open to view the screen yourself first.

The screen:

• shows the season ranking, the teams and the latest round for each ranking (depending on your settings) and pages through long lists;
• follows the ranking’s Show live results setting: if that’s off, only closed rounds appear;
• shows a podium with a trophy first as soon as a ranking is finished (all rounds closed and the end date passed);
• keeps showing the last standings if the network drops for a moment, and reloads itself after an AmmoSuite update.

Securing the link

Anyone with the link can view the screen, so only share the link with the screen itself.

• Generate new link creates a new link. The old one stops working immediately.
• Revoke disables the screen. Use Reactivate to turn it back on later.
• Delete removes the screen permanently.
