Entering rounds and scores
Open a ranking in Activities & programme → Manage rankings and click Detail.
Adding a round
- Click Add round.
- Enter the Title and Date of the round.
- Click Save.
Members can sign up for a round in advance with I’m joining. On the score form they get the Registered badge.
Entering scores
- Click Participants / scores next to the round.
- In the Participation column, tick the shooters who took part. Use the search field to find a name quickly, and Show selected only to keep just the participants.
- Enter the result for each Attempt. Which fields you see depends on the discipline’s score type:
- Points: the number of points, and the number of X’s if X-count is enabled.
- Time: the time.
- Time + penalty: the time and the number of penalties.
- Hit factor: the points and the time.
- Hit/miss: the number of hits.
- The Result column calculates immediately, including best-N attempts and penalty seconds.
Type a time as digits only: 1234 becomes 00:12.34 (minutes:seconds.hundredths).
Each row is saved automatically as soon as you leave it. The status icon at the end of the row shows whether that worked. Save scores at the bottom is a safety net to store everything at once.
As long as not all of a shooter’s attempts are filled in, the row is marked incomplete and doesn’t count towards the season yet.
Closing a round
Once all scores for a round are entered, click Mark as completed. Need to correct something? Use Reopen round.
Members see the updated standings on the rankings page: the ranking per round and the season ranking. If Show live results is enabled, they already see the scores during the round, as provisional standings.
