The daily overview and tracking attendance

Go to Overview → Daily overview for an overview of all bookings on a chosen day, grouped by lane. Consecutive bookings on the same lane are merged into a single block, showing the chosen calibre per booking and whether a club firearm was rented. This page is print-friendly — handy to use at the front desk.

Recording attendance

• Check a booking as present as soon as the member has actually arrived.
• If you use the check-in kiosk, this happens automatically as soon as a member checks in with their QR code or via a manual search.

Managing a booking as an administrator

From the daily overview or the booking calendar you can:

• edit a booking (something a member cannot do themselves);
• cancel a booking on behalf of a member, stating a reason.
