Approving marketplace listings

Not seeing this in your menu? The Marketplace module is only available if your club has enabled it. Contact your club administrator if you'd like access to this.

Go to Marketplace → Queue. The number of listings waiting for approval shows as a badge next to this menu item.

Reviewing a listing

Click Approve to make the listing live.
Click Reject, give a reason (which the member will see), and optionally choose to immediately block the member from the marketplace.

Listings containing a word on the central word filter always get forced re-review — even if approval is disabled for your club. AmmoSuite manages this filter centrally and your club cannot weaken it.

All listings

Go to Marketplace → All listings to filter by status: Draft, Pending, Published, Rejected, Sold or Expiring. Use Take offline to remove an already published listing from the marketplace, stating a reason.

Viewing conversations

Go to Marketplace → Conversations on a listing to view the messages between buyer and seller — for example in case of a complaint or a report.

Whether approval is required and how many listings/photos a member may post is configured under Settings → Marketplace.
