Reading the admin dashboard

Go to Overview → Dashboard for a summary of your club. At the top you see a greeting and whether the range is open or closed today.

Key figures

  • Active members, with the change compared to last month.
  • Reservations today, with the change compared to yesterday.
  • Active lanes out of the total number of lanes.
  • Upcoming events this month.

Alerts that need attention

These bars only appear when there is something to do. The button takes you straight to the right page.

  • Scheduled maintenance: the next closing period, with lane and reason.
  • Memberships expiring soon.
  • Approvals needed: members waiting for approval.
  • Open incidents in the incident log.
  • Documents pending approval.
  • Ads overdue: marketplace listings that have been waiting longer than the review deadline.
  • No-shows (90 days): past bookings without a check-in. This alert only appears if the setting Track attendance (show no-shows) is on (see below).

Two-factor authentication recommendation

If you, as an administrator, don’t have two-factor authentication (2FA) yet, you see the alert Secure your administrator account. Set up takes you to your 2FA settings. Later hides the alert for 30 days in that browser. It is a recommendation, not an obligation.

Calendar, event and members

  • Upcoming reservations for the whole club, showing for each booking whether the member has already checked in. Full calendar opens the daily overview.
  • The next event, with the number of participants.
  • Recently blocked members and new registrations, each for the last 7 days.
  • A chart Reservations — last 7 days.

Not tracking attendance?

Doesn’t your club track attendance through the kiosk, a QR code or the daily overview? Then every past booking counts as a no-show. In that case, turn off Settings → Reservations → Track attendance (show no-shows). You then no longer see the no-show alert on the dashboard or the no-show card in the member file, and past bookings show Past instead of Present or No-show.
