Searching for a serial number
Go to Search. Enter at least 2 characters in the “Serial number, brand or model…” field and click Search. AmmoSuite simultaneously searches the Firearms register, Safekeeping register and Essential Parts, and shows a results table per register with the matching text highlighted and a status badge (“In stock” / “Out” / “In safekeeping”).
The ammunition register is not part of this global search, because ammunition doesn’t have individual serial numbers. Use the ammunition register itself for that.
Checking multiple serial numbers at once
Use the Multiple serial numbers → PDF section on the same page: paste one serial number per line (or separated by commas/semicolons) into the text field and click Generate PDF. You’ll get a PDF with the matches found per register, plus a separate “Not found” section for numbers that don’t appear anywhere.
