Setting and monitoring the gunpowder limit
Go to Settings and under Gunpowder limit, fill in the Max. gunpowder (Kg) field. The help text below is clear: “0 = no limit/warning.” Click Save.
Reading the Gunpowder overview
Open Gunpowder overview from the ammunition register. You see three tiles:

| Total gunpowder | The current total weight in Kg, across all ammunition types |
| Limit | Your configured limit in Kg (shows ”—” if none is set) |
| Usage | A progress bar with the percentage of your limit |
If no limit is set, AmmoSuite shows the text “No limit set” instead of the bar.
If you exceed the limit, a banner appears at the top: “Warning: your total gunpowder exceeds the configured limit.” AmmoSuite doesn’t block bookings, the banner is a signal for you to take action yourself.
Below the tiles you’ll find the By type table: stock, grams/cartridge and calculated gunpowder weight per ammunition type, with an Edit link to adjust that type’s gunpowder weight — see Managing ammunition types.
The overview recalculates automatically with every booking in or out, including imports.
