The dashboard and choosing your registers
After logging in, you land on the Dashboard: an up-to-date overview of your registers and recent activity. The menu on the left takes you to each register.
Key figures

Panels
- Recent firearms: the most recently registered firearms, with calibre, serial number and status (In register or Booked out).
- Recent activity: the latest changes within your organisation, with who made them and when. The link takes you to the full audit log.
- Safekeeping: recent transfers in the safekeeping register, with status In safekeeping or Closed.
- Quick access to a register: shortcuts to each register.
Don’t want the Recent activity panel on the dashboard? An administrator can turn it off via Settings → Dashboard.

You only see the registers included in your package. Cards and panels for a register that isn’t in your package don’t appear. If you use the explosives register (beta), it appears in the menu as Explosives.
For figures per register, use the PDF reports and CSV export.
