Your environment and logging in
Every customer gets their own environment on their own subdomain, for example yourcompany.ammosuite.com. Behind that subdomain is a fully separate database: your data is never stored together with another customer’s.
Logging in
Go to your subdomain and log in with your email address and password. You manage your password and profile details via the profile menu at the top right.
Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to receive a recovery email.
What if you have multiple roles?
There are two types of accounts in AmmoSuite Register:
- Regular users (administrators): log in on your own subdomain and have full access, within their role.
- Auditors: don’t log in via the regular login screen, but via a separate page at
/auditorwith a temporary access code. See Setting an auditor access code.
