Managing users
Go to Users (under Management in the menu, administrators only). At the top you immediately see: “Maximum 3 users in your package. Current: x/3.”
How many users you can create depends on your package: by default that is 3, including accounts with the Auditor role. At the limit, you’ll see “Limit reached (3/3). Remove a user first, or get in touch to extend your package.” If you structurally need more users, get in touch.
Adding a new user
In the New user panel, fill in the Name and Email fields and choose a Role:
- Admin — full access to all registers and settings.
- Auditor (read-only) — a fixed account that, like a regular user, logs in with email and password, but can only read everywhere.
Click Add & send reset link. The new user automatically receives an email to set their password.
Editing an existing user
Adjust name, email or role in the Existing users table and click Save.
Resetting a password or removing a user
Click Reset link next to a user to send a new password link, or Remove to delete the account. Both ask for confirmation.
Two kinds of “read-only” access
Note the difference between two ways of giving someone read-only access:
| Auditor role (above) | Auditor access code | |
|---|---|---|
| How | Fixed account with email + password | Temporary code, no account |
| Counts towards your user limit | Yes | No |
| Suited for | A permanent external accountant, inspector or trusted colleague | A one-off inspection by the Weapons Service |
For that second option, see Setting an auditor access code.
