Viewing the audit trail
Go to Audit logs to search your environment’s complete, immutable audit trail. This is different from the external auditor access for an inspector — you use this screen yourself, as an administrator, to check who changed what.
At the top you see the total number of log entries (“x total”). You can filter by:
| Filter | On |
|---|---|
| Register | Register type (weapons, ammo, …) |
| Action | UPDATE, DELETE, … |
| Entity type | The underlying data type |
| ID | A specific record |
| User | Name of the user who made the change |
| Actor ID | Internal ID of that user |
| Correlation ID | To group related changes |
| From / To | Period |
| Reason | The reason given for the change |
Click Filter to apply, or Reset to clear all filters.
Reading the table
Each row shows: Time, Register, Action, Entity, ID, User, Reason, IP and a shortened Corr. value (correlation ID). The Change / Snapshot column shows per row:
- For an UPDATE: a small table with Field, Old and New per changed field, plus an expandable “Raw JSON” with the full technical details.
- For a DELETE: an expandable “Snapshot before deletion” block with the full content of the deleted record.
This lets you reconstruct exactly who changed or deleted what, when, and — if a reason was given — why.
