Tour of the member portal

After logging in you arrive at your dashboard. On the left (or via the hamburger menu on mobile) you’ll find the member portal menu: a flat list with light section titles in between (no collapsible groups):

• Actions — Book, Sessions
• Membership & documents — My membership, My documents, My licences & permits, My firearms
• Activities — Rankings, Events, Marketplace
• Communication — Message inbox
• Info & statistics — Frequently asked questions, My Statistics
• Account — Profile

The Log out button is always at the bottom of the menu.

Your dashboard

On your dashboard you see at a glance:

• your upcoming bookings, with buttons to view them, add them to your calendar or cancel them;
• a Your activity card with your bookings from the past month, your bookings from the past 3 months, your most-shot calibre and your last booking date;
• if there are new messages: a New messages card;
• if there’s a memberships module: a banner when your membership is expiring or has already expired;
• if there are events: a card with the next upcoming event.

Why don’t I see certain menu items?

Each club enables or disables modules itself. If you don’t see Marketplace, Message inbox, Rankings or Events in your menu, your club hasn’t (yet) enabled that module. That’s normal — contact your board if you think a module should be enabled.
