Managing my firearms
Not seeing this in your menu? The My firearms module is only available
if your club has enabled it. Contact your club administrator if you'd like access to this.
Go to My firearms in the menu. On this page you manage your own firearms — not the club firearms you rent for a booking, and not your Model 4 licences (see My licences and permits).
Adding a firearm
Fill in the “Add firearm” form at the bottom:
- Name — required.
- Calibre — optional.
- Note — optional.
Click Add.
Each firearm shows its name, calibre, number of maintenance entries and the date of the last activity in the overview. Use the buttons to view a firearm (eye icon), edit it (pencil) or delete it (bin) — deleting also clears that firearm’s entire log.
The maintenance log
Open a firearm to view the log. Add an activity via “Add activity”:
- Date — required.
- Category — choose from: Maintenance, Cleaning, Repair, Modification, Inspection or Other.
- Notes — optional.
Click Add. You can delete any entry in the log afterwards (bin icon).
Downloading the log as PDF
- On an individual firearm, click Log (PDF) to download just that firearm’s log.
- At the top of the overview of all your firearms, click Full log (PDF) to download all your firearms’ logs in one file.
Only you see and manage your own firearms and log — no administrator screen shows this data.
