Using your message inbox

Not seeing this in your menu? The Message inbox module is only available if your club has enabled it. Contact your club administrator if you'd like access to this.

Go to Message inbox to read messages from your board. Use the Show: filter to switch between Inbox, Archived and All.

Each message shows the sender, the date and a New or Read badge. Messages about a marketplace listing get a Marketplace badge.

  • Open a message to read it — it’s automatically marked as read.
  • Click Archive to put it away, or Back to inbox to restore it.
  • On a marketplace message you can reply at the bottom via the text box.

You cannot start a new conversation yourself in the message inbox — messages are sent by your board, or arise from a question on the marketplace. If you have push notifications enabled, you’ll get a notification for a new message.
