Making a booking
Viewing availability
- Click Book in the menu.
- Choose a date (you can usually book up to a week ahead) and a view: By day or By week.
- Optionally filter by lane group.
- Navigate with ← Previous and Next → to the desired day or week.
Per lane you see time slot buttons in three colours:
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Available — you can choose this slot |
| Red | Already booked |
| Grey | Blocked (for example by a closing period or a session) |
Click a green time slot to continue.
Filling in the booking form
- Booking for — choose Myself or, if your club allows it, Another member (type that member’s first and last name or email address).
- Date, Start time and End time — already filled in based on the chosen slot.
- Book a second consecutive time slot — check this if your club allows it and the next slot is still available.
- Lane — already filled in.
- Calibre — choose from the calibres allowed on this lane.
- I want to use a club firearm — check this to rent a club firearm. The calibre field is then automatically filled in based on the chosen firearm.
Click Book to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
After a successful booking you’ll see “Booking successfully created!” and return to your dashboard. If you’ve set a calendar preference, the appointment is automatically added to your calendar.
