Creating an account

You need an account to log in to your club’s member portal. There are two ways to get one.

Registering yourself

If your club allows self-registration, you’ll find a Register link on the login page. Fill in the “Create new account” form:

Personal details

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

Login details

  • Password
  • Confirm password

Your password must be at least 6 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a special character. Then click Create account.

If registration isn’t open at your club, you’ll instead see the message “Registration is currently unavailable.” In that case, contact your club board — they can create your account manually.

Your account is created by the board

Some clubs don’t let members register themselves. In that case, an administrator creates your account. You’ll then receive a welcome email as soon as your account is ready.

Approval by the board

At most clubs, an administrator must first approve your account before you can log in. Until that happens, you’ll see the message “Your account has not yet been approved” when logging in.

Once the board approves your account, you’ll receive an email and can log in. Is approval taking a long time? Contact your club directly.

Some clubs disable this approval step. In that case you can log in immediately after registering.
