Checking in with the QR code

Not seeing this in your menu? The Check-in kiosk module is only available if your club has enabled it. Contact your club administrator if you'd like access to this.

Some clubs have a check-in kiosk at the entrance — a screen or tablet you use to check in on arrival.

Checking in with your QR code

  1. On your phone, open your booking: Dashboard → Details on the booking.
  2. At the bottom you see “QR code for check-in”.
  3. Hold this QR code up to the kiosk’s camera.
  4. The kiosk shows a green welcome screen with your lane group, lane and time slot.

Checking in manually

Don’t have your phone handy, or is the scanner not working?

  1. Tap Check in manually on the kiosk.
  2. Type (part of) your name.
  3. Choose yourself from the results.
  4. Confirm with Check in.

For privacy reasons, the kiosk’s search screen automatically clears itself after 30 seconds without interaction.
