Registering for events
Not seeing this in your menu? The Events module is only available
if your club has enabled it. Contact your club administrator if you'd like access to this.
Go to Events to see your club’s events. Some events are for members only, others are also open to the general public.
Registering
- Open the event and view the available time slots.
- Choose a time slot — you’ll see whether it’s Available, Full, or still has N spots left.
- Click Register.
- If you’re logged in, your name, email, licence number, postal code and city are already pre-filled based on your profile — check and adjust them if needed.
- Confirm your registration.
If the time slot is full but a waiting list is allowed, you’ll be put on the waiting list.
You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to download your appointment as an .ics file and, if needed, cancel it.
Cancelling a registration
Click the cancel link in your confirmation email. You’ll get a confirmation screen before cancelling — so you never accidentally cancel via a mail client that opens links in advance.
