Installing the app on your phone

The member portal is a web app you can install like a regular app on your phone. There’s no separate install button in the portal itself — installation happens via your browser.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open the member portal in Chrome and log in.
2. Tap the menu (⋮) in the top right.
3. Choose Install app (or Add to Home screen).
4. Confirm the installation.

Chrome sometimes suggests this automatically with an install bar at the bottom — in that case just confirm it.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

Web push notifications only work on iOS if you’ve first added the app to your home screen.

1. Open the member portal in Safari (not Chrome — that doesn’t work on iOS for this install step).
2. Tap the share icon at the bottom.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Then open the app from the icon on your home screen.

Enabling notifications

Once the app is installed (on iOS: opened from the home screen), you can enable push notifications via Profile → Push notifications. See Profile and security for details and possible error messages.
