Your profile and security
Go to Profile (bottom of the menu) to manage your account. The page consists of several cards — some are only visible if your club has enabled the corresponding module.
My Profile
Click the pencil icon to change your First name, Last name and Email address, then click Save.
Changing your email address also changes the username you log in with.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Click Manage to set up 2FA:
- Click Set up 2FA.
- Scan the displayed QR code with an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator), or enter the key manually.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
- You’ll get 10 recovery codes — store these somewhere safe. You’ll need them if you lose your phone.
You can later generate new recovery codes or turn 2FA back off. If you have 3 or fewer recovery codes left, you’ll get a warning.
When logging in with 2FA, you enter your 6-digit code alongside your password, or use a recovery code if you don’t have access to your authenticator app.
Calendar preference
See Your booking in your calendar.
Language
Choose your preferred language for the member portal, or leave it on Club default to follow your club’s language setting. Click Save.
Notification preferences
This card is only visible if your club allows members to turn notifications on or off per type themselves.
For each notification type (for example a new message or a cancelled booking), you choose yourself whether to receive it via email and/or push, with a separate switch per channel. If your club has made a certain notification type mandatory, you’ll see a badge and the switch will be fixed.
Push notifications
Turn on “Allow browser notifications for new messages and events” to receive notifications. Not working?
- On iPhone/iPad, push notifications only work if you’ve first added the site to your home screen — see Installing the app on your phone.
- Seeing “Push notifications are blocked in your browser settings”? Allow them via the lock icon in the address bar.
- Seeing “Your browser doesn’t support push notifications”? Try a different browser.
Changing your password
See Logging in and your password.
Downloading your data
At the bottom of your profile you’ll find the Download my data card. Click Download my data to download a file with your personal data (GDPR right to data portability).
Deleting your account
At the bottom of your profile you’ll find the Delete account card.
This permanently deletes your account, including your documents, membership, ranking scores, event registrations, federations and marketplace listings. This cannot be undone.
- Click Delete my account.
- In the dialog, type DELETE (in capitals) to confirm — the Permanently delete button stays disabled until you type this exactly.
- Click Permanently delete.
You’ll be logged out immediately and can no longer log in with this account.
Are you your club’s only administrator? Then the system refuses the deletion with the message “There must always be one admin — make another member an administrator first before deleting your own account.” Ask another member to become administrator before deleting your own account.
